Wellness Coaching is a client-centered process to facilitate and empower you to achieve self-determined goals related to health and wellness.
Let's start with what wellness coaching is not:
A wellness coach is not a therapist. If you are in need of other medical or psychological support, I will be happy to refer you to someone as part of the team. 9 times out 10 that is not necessary.
It's not about making sacrifices. Many new clients worry that every conversation we have about their health and wellness will involve giving up something they enjoy. While I may ask you to do that, you won't be forced to do anything that doesn't make you feel empowered or in control.
What wellness coaching is:
It is an approach to well-being that involves teaching, guiding, and supporting.
